Why it belongs on the bench

Adafruit Fruit Jam is a credit-card-sized RP2350B computer board with 16 MB flash, 8 MB PSRAM, HSTX DVI output, a two-port USB host hub, microSD, audio, an ESP32-C6 connectivity coprocessor, STEMMA connectors and exposed GPIO. That mix suits retro-computing launchers, emulators, small games, audiovisual experiments and keyboard-driven CircuitPython tools without assembling the core interfaces from separate breakouts. The board supports CircuitPython, Arduino and Pico SDK workflows, but the catalogue’s Fruit Jam OS project specifically requires CircuitPython 10.x or newer. Budget for a compatible display, cable, USB keyboard or mouse and power: Adafruit’s product 6200 kit includes the board, top plate, small speaker and bumpers, not those desktop peripherals.
