Why it belongs on the bench

LILYGO T-Deck is a pocket ESP32-S3 terminal with a 2.8-inch touchscreen, keyboard, trackball, microphone, speaker, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth; selected versions add an SX1262 LoRa radio. That combination supports the catalogue’s factory examples, firmware launcher, Bruce toolkit and self-contained Meshtastic or MeshCore messaging projects. Buying the right radio variant is decisive: versions are offered without LoRa or for 433, 868 and 915 MHz, and the antenna and legal band must match the deployment region. Firmware is also model-specific, so original T-Deck, T-Deck Plus and T-Deck Pro images should not be treated as interchangeable.
