LILYGO T5 E-Paper S3 Pro is an ESP32-S3 development tablet with 16 MB flash, 8 MB PSRAM, a 4.7-inch 960×540 e-paper touchscreen, GNSS, SX1262 LoRa, microSD storage, battery management and USB-C. Its integrated outdoor-readable display and positioning hardware make it a strong fit for OpenTrailPaper’s offline cycling computer. Store options differ by regional LoRa band, bundled firmware and whether GPS is fitted, while the separate Pro Lite omits GPS and LoRa. Buyers should select the full GPS-equipped Pro in a legal local radio band. The bare development device has no stated IP rating, so any outdoor build needs secure mounting and weather protection.
